Ringier Romania acquires remaining shares of Imobiliare.ro and appoints Dan Puica as new CEO

Four years after the majority acquisition of Imobiliare.ro, Ringier Romania has acquired the remaining shares from the three founders Adrian Erimescu, Ciprian Gheran and Radu Andrei. This transaction makes Ringier Romania the sole owner of the leading real estate portal in the country with more than 120.000 property listings and 1.7 million unique visitors per month. In the course of this transaction and following the initial agreement between all parties, Ringier appoints Dan Puica as the new CEO of Imobiliare.ro.

On 7th of September, Adrian Erimescu will hand over officially to Dan Puica as the new CEO of Imobiliare.ro. Adrian will accompany the handover process over the next months together with the senior management team of Imobiliare.ro.

Dan Puica (37) is an experienced digital executive with a strong track-record in the marketplaces industry. He has successfully managed the recruitment platform bestjobs.eu as CEO and worked as General Manager of OLX Romania Real Estate as well as Group CFO of OLX Romania. Before entering the digital business, Dan worked in the area of Finance for companies like UTI Group and KPMG Romania. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration of the Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti.
